Board Position Statement of Intent Form

The purpose of this registration is to provide a consistent framework for those candidates seeking to hold a position on the CCYHA Board. It should be clearly stated that a Board Position requires each member to volunteer an adequate amount of time to fulfill the position requirements, as stated in the CCYHA By-Laws. As a result of completing and presenting this Statement of Intent to the current CCYHA Board Members, the most qualified candidate should prevail. This information will also be made available to CCYHA members. Thank you in advance for considering being a CCYHA Board Member.
